Little kiddo is just over 3 months old, and he is definitely the Prince of Jalan Usaha (not the Prince of Egypt, but think he's working his way up!) He got us all twisted around his wee finger, but we are all devoted slaves to him.

Funny how a baby really crystalizes life....and it's even funnier that as a Child Protection Officer for 10 years, I am amazed afresh that anyone could hurt a child, each time I look at DIOYK,all I want to do is to make him happy, comfortable, contented and have the best possible life. How could anyone shake a baby? How could anyone whack a kid?

In the name of Love?

The Bible defines love in the context of Christ's sacrifice for us, of how God loved us so much that He sent His only Son to die for us. Everyday, all over the world, parents are giving up their own lives (literally or symbolically) for the sake of the children.

I have never understood how could anyone abuse a child, let alone their own child. With DIOYK in our lives now, I understand even less....
