Happy Birthday to Me!

Happy Birthday to meeeee! Today's the glorious anniversary of my arrival on planet Earth! Of course, I am not going to tell you how many years ago that was (erhem!) but it was a wonderful day that saw my arrival to bless my kin and kith with the joy of knowing me and having me in their lives! :-P

Okay, self-congratulations are done with....My darling Gunners won again last night! 2-1 win away at Watford! and believe me, it was a hard match! Watford is good, too bad they're heading back down to the Championship...Chelski drew (haha) and Fools lost (HAHAHA!) Too bad Manure won....but never mind, I'm sure they'll start losing...SOON! But we're climbing up the table...now we're just behind Chelski and Jose will soon have to start looking up Arsenal's arses (bad pun, I know, but hey! it's my birthday so I'm entitled to a bad pun once in a while, right?)

Went to Sakae Sushi at Harbourfront to celebrate my birthday with KL, KL's nieces and LF last night....I have fabulous friends who suffer eating sushi just because it's my favourite food and my favourite joint! Too bad it was a dreadfully rainy day so we couldn't enjoy the view though we got a window table...and Jezreel suddenly felt sick so we had an early night. still, it was good night all in all

I'm heading to the gym soon, then will have an appointment with my dentist (urgh!) before dinner with my family tonight....mum's going to treat me to Tanglin Club! Love that club, too bad too poor to join it...ah well....maybe God will be kind to me and allow me to strike 4-D today!

Drawing Portsmouth

My beloved Gunners drew again last night....sigh....the Premiership title is slipping further and further away from our grasp....But I guess it's good that we got a relatively easier draw in the Champions League than Fools, who are going to face Barca....which is the team I'd support if it wasn't for the fact that beat us in the CL finals last year! Guess I can hope that Fools get eliminated, and we face Barca again in this year finals....and beat them 3-0! Ok ok, I know I'm dreaming, but if I'm going to dream, might as well dream big, right?

Have been doing a bit of Christmas shopping and still haven't really gotten all the gifts for my pals and family yet....and now having the headache of thinking what to buy for my godkids...whom I adore but see all too seldom...will try to get some pics of them and post them up soon...they're really cute, and best of all, they ain't my own, so I don't have to actually CARE for them, just enjoy playing with them whenever I see them! We beat Spurs 3-0!

Hooray!!!! Gunners won the derby, and made up for the last 2 disappointing games....don't think we'll win the League unless Manure and Chelski die on the field, but at least, we won't get relegated!

I'm up early to prep for the half-marathon (Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. A bit excited and kept waking up,and got a stiff neck...but hope that won't affect my run too much. Anyway, I'm just aiming to finish and not to set any world records. Hope I better the timing for my last run, which was really bad. OK, gotta go!
